    Define the Emotional Target

    Before a single pixel exists, we answer one question: how should your audience feel when they arrive? This anchors every downstream decision — from color temperature to font weight to motion speed. A feel brief is not a mood board. It's a lens.

    Mood Board + References

    We draw from Cosmos, Godly, Awwwards, and Dribbble — not Pinterest boards. Ten to twenty curated references become two anchor images: the single visual that defines the product's soul. Reference extraction, not inspiration scrolling.

  3. Forge

    Structural Design

    Layout, typography, motion, and interaction architecture come together here. We use asymmetric grids, spring physics, and IntersectionObserver scroll reveals. No centered heroes. No three equal cards. The skeleton must be interesting before the skin goes on.

    AI Artifact Creation

    We command Leonardo.ai (Kino XL, 3D Animation, Lucid Origin), OpenAI GPT Image 1.5, and Gemini 3 Pro (Nano Banana) to produce precision artifacts. Not stock photo replacements — purpose-built visuals generated at exact dimensions, with controlled lighting and palette consistency across the entire set.

    Integration + Optimization

    Artifacts meet structure. Every image receives overlay gradients, blend modes, and CSS animations — Ken Burns zooms, floating parallax, subtle entrance reveals. Images are converted, compressed, and given absolute paths for clean production deployments.

    Iterative Polish Loop

    Look. React. Describe. Fix. Look again. This loop runs until every pixel earns its place. We review on mobile and desktop. We check spacing at 2am on a dim screen. We apply the quality checklist — every interactive state, every shadow tint, every orphaned word.

    Staging to Production Pipeline

    Staging preview first, always. After approval, production push. Vercel deployment with correct trailing-slash configuration, absolute image paths, and branching discipline. You get a live URL you're proud to share — not one you quietly hope nobody visits on mobile.
